Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using MockCamp (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
MockCamp provides timed, full-length SAT practice tests with scoring, analytics, and answer review. The Service is intended for educational purposes only and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the College Board. All test content is original and independently produced.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use MockCamp. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to create an account. Users aged 13–17 must provide a parent or guardian’s email address during registration.
4. Purchases and credits
MockCamp sells one-time test credits. Credits do not expire. Each credit unlocks one test attempt of your choice. Unlimited-access purchases unlock all tests without consuming individual credits. All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. You agree to Paddle’s terms of service when making a purchase.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
- Copy, redistribute, or publish any test content from the Service.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Interfere with the Service’s operation or other users’ use of it.
7. Intellectual property
All test content, scoring algorithms, user interface designs, and other materials on the Service are owned by MockCamp or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Service without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. MockCamp does not guarantee that using the Service will improve your SAT score. Practice test scores are estimates and may not reflect actual College Board SAT scores.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MockCamp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
10. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
